A pepperoni pizza egg roll with pesto dipping sauce is heading to Disney California Adventure—and it has our attention. Bountiful Valley Brews opens in November 2026, according to Disney Eats, bringing a new snack-and-drink stop to the walkway between Buena Vista Street and Avengers Campus.
Disney describes the location as a quick-service kiosk, so think a bite and a beverage between stops. The new kiosk will open officially open on November 19th, 2026.

The Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll is listed on Disney’s online menu at $8.29, served with pesto dipping sauce. We haven’t tried it yet, but pizza filling in an egg roll wrapper is enough to put this one on the snack shortlist.
There’s also a Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher for anyone skipping alcohol: pomegranate and lime juices with blueberry foam and berries. Disney currently lists it at $7.99.

Cocktails, a flight and a few brews
The drinks lineup includes a Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini, a Strawberry-Mango Margarita with a chile-lime rim, and Southern Whiskey Peach Tea topped with a peach gummy ring.
The Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight, currently listed at $21, brings those three drinks together. Craft beers, micheladas and a tamarind hard seltzer round out the posted menu.

Disney’s location page lists mobile ordering through the Disneyland app. The kiosk still carries a “Coming Soon” label, so check the app for the actual opening, operating hours and ordering availability before making a special detour.
Menu items and prices can change. For now, this looks like a small addition with a clear first order: the pizza egg roll, with that berry-topped refresher alongside it.
