Bahamian Getaways

If a shorter sailing fits your schedule, Bahamian cruises will be plentiful with 5 different Disney ships sailing 3- to 7-night itineraries. Departures from Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale will whisk you away to Nassau, Disney Castaway Cay, and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. These cruises are perfect for first-timers, long weekends, or families who want to tack on a visit to Walt Disney World before or after their voyage.

Several sailings aboard the Disney Destiny, Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Dream feature stops at both Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay. If you’re like me you’re always eyeing a double or duo dip.

Caribbean Bliss

Disney Cruise Line is doubling down on Western and Eastern Caribbean sailings for 2026–27, with 4-, 5- and 7-night itineraries aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Treasure, and Disney Destiny leaving from both Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale. Expect to see tropical favorites like Puerto Plata, Falmouth (Jamaica), and Tortola, but the big highlight? A 7-night Southern Caribbean sailing aboard the Disney Dream out of San Juan, PR with stops in Curacao, Aruba, Antigua, and St. Maarten.

Again, multiple stops at Disney’s private island destinations are featured on several itineraries. Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. These two private islands have quickly become “must-do” ports, offering pristine beaches, signature Disney theming, and exclusive activities you won’t find anywhere else.

Disney Magic from Galveston, Texas

Disney Cruise Line continues to strengthen its presence in the Gulf with 4- and 5-night sailings from Galveston , TX on the Disney Magic while visiting ports in Mexico including Progreso and Cozumel. These itineraries are ideal for families in the Southwest who want to avoid flying all the way to Florida to enjoy the full Disney Cruise Line experience. Also, look for a few 7-night sailings on the Disney Magic from Galveston to the Bahamas including Nassau and Disney Castaway Cay.

Transatlantic Voyages & Panama Canal Adventures

For the ultimate Disney Cruise Line adventure, consider the 13-night Westbound Transatlantic sailing from Southampton to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida aboard the Disney Dream. You’ll set sail on September 14 and along the way, you’ll visit Vigo in Spain and Lisbon & Funchal in Portugal, with nine days at sea to soak up everything the ship has to offer. It’s a dream trip for Disney fans who love both travel and history.

But there’s more…. One of the most iconic sailings in the fleet is back: the fan-favorite 14-night Panama Canal cruise. The Disney Magic will depart from either San Diego, CA or Galveston, TX. on these bucket list worthy itineraries offering a mix of Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, and Central American ports. Plus, you’ll experience the engineering marvel of transiting the canal itself.

California, Mexican Riviera & Pacific Coast Cruises

Moving over to the west coast, San Diego, California once again serves as a major home port for Disney Cruise Line. There you’ll find both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder on short 3- and 4-night Baja sailings to Catalina Island and Ensenada, plus longer 5-, 6-, and 7-night itineraries that travel as far south as Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, or Mazatlan. These trips balance relaxing days at sea with vibrant, culture-rich port stops.

For something a little different, Disney Cruise Line is offering a 4- and 5-night coastal cruises between Vancouver, Canada and San Diego, California. Think dramatic cliffs, wildlife viewing, and sea days filled with Broadway-style entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and themed deck parties.

Singapore Aboard the Disney Adventure

Finally, one of the most exciting pieces of news in this release is the chance to sail aboard the one-of-a-kind Disney Adventure, sailing exclusively in Singapore. Beginning in Fall 2026, 3- and 4-night itineraries will showcase everything this groundbreaking ship has to offer, including the longest roller coaster at sea, dazzling shows, and appearances from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel characters.

And this is just the beginning—Disney has teased that more Disney Adventure sailings out of Singapore are yet to come in 2027. Stayed tuned for more announcements.

Halloween + Christmas Holiday Cruises

It wouldn’t be Disney Cruise Line without the return of seasonal favorites: Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime Cruises. Expect festive décor, themed entertainment, and unique holiday programming that make these sailings some of the most popular of the year.

Why Book Early?

Disney cruises are notorious for selling out quickly and for prices that rise as sailings fill. Booking early gives you:

  • The best selection of staterooms (especially if you need connecting rooms or suites).

  • Lower introductory pricing.

  • Time to spread out payments thanks to Disney’s flexible deposit structure and pay over time policy.

Final Thoughts

With so many options—Caribbean, Bahamas, Mexico, Panama Canal, Transatlantic, Pacific Coast, and Singapore—it’s clear Disney Cruise Line is gearing up for its most ambitious year yet in 2026–27. Whether you’re chasing beach days, cultural exploration, or the magic of Disney’s newest ships, there’s a sailing that fits your family’s dreams.

1 <Hotfix> If you’re even thinking about booking, set your reminder for August 25, 2025. The best cabins will be gone quickly, and holiday or new-ship itineraries will be the first to sell out. </>

Now the real question is… which itinerary will you choose?

Alright, that’s it for now. See ya next time.
