EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2026 Marks 30 Years With Its Biggest Menu Yet
Mark your calendars, because the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival returns August 27 through November 21, 2026, and this one comes with a milestone attached. It's the festival's 30th anniversary, and Disney is treating the occasion like the big deal it is, with a menu that spans more than 200 dishes and drinks across roughly 40 marketplaces.
A Menu Thirty Years in the Making
Longtime festival regulars will want to keep an eye out for a special 30th anniversary icon scattered across the marketplace menus. It marks 30 items that are either returning fan favorites or reimagined takes on dishes from festivals past, according to Disney Parks Blog. It's a nice way to reward people who have been showing up to this festival for years while still giving first timers a reason to explore.
The marketplaces themselves stretch across nearly every corner of World Showcase, including festival specific kiosks that include Australia, India, Spain, Greece, Belgium, and Brazil, plus additional stands tucked into Festival Favorites and CommuniCore Hall.
A few specific dishes worth planning a stop for include the Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli at Forest and Field, the Grilled Bushberry Spiced Shrimp Skewer at the Australia marketplace, the Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy. The Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt at Hops and Barley is dish I’m looking forward to because adding cheese to anything make its better!
If you're more of a global comfort food person, the Wiener Schnitzel at Germany, the Potato Pierogi and Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps from Festival Favorites in CommuniCore Hall (Opens September 9) are all worth a look too.

Cheese Lovers Get Their Own Food Stroll
This was made for me! Returning this year is Emile's Fromage Montage, a cheese focused food stroll named for the Ratatouille chef himself. Items tied to the stroll are marked with a cheese emoji on the menu boards, and Disney is running a Festival Passport program where buying five cheese marked items earns you a stamp toward a completed passport.
Standouts include the Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese from The Wedge and the Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese from the Alps marketplace. Something about a raclette is so inviting to me. aside from the warm, gooey cheese, the name just sounds cool and draws me in like a warm blanket.
A note on timing if you’re looking forward to the most cheese exposure. The Wedge, located in CommuniCore Hall, runs as a dedicated cheese exhibit from September 18 through November 8, so it's worth timing a visit if cheese is the priority for your trip.

Planning Tips for This Year's Festival
Since the festival spans nearly three months, it's worth thinking about pacing rather than trying to hit everything in one visit. With 40-plus marketplaces and 200-plus items, most guests are better off picking a handful of pavilions per trip and returning throughout the run rather than rushing the whole World Showcase in a single day.

Disney is also offering an exclusive gift card wristlet this year, which requires a $15 minimum activation and gives you a hands free way to pay as you walk the promenade. These tiny gift cards seem actually useful, be reused and act as a momento or souvenir of the Festival.

This where our new FREE to use Snack Tracker, specifically made for this years EPCOT Food & Wine Festival really shines. The Snack Tracker is an interactive checklist of all the limited-time items available during the Festival. This way you can keep track of all your Festival favorites and items you’ve tried.
The best part, IMO, is the easy way you can sort specific categories of items. Just want cheese? No problem, hit the cheese emoji and the tracker instantly displays where in EPCOT you can get all the cheese dishes. Or maybe you’re just there for the adult beverages. Good news, theres a sortable tag for that as well.

Why the 30th Anniversary Matters
Thirty years is a long run for any festival, and EPCOT's Food and Wine event has become one of the most reliable draws on the Walt Disney World calendar precisely because it keeps evolving instead of coasting on nostalgia. The mix of returning classics and new additions like the cheese stroll is a good example of Disney trying to serve both longtime fans and newer visitors at the same time.
For anyone weighing a fall trip to Walt Disney World, this festival alone is a solid reason to build a visit around EPCOT this year.
Alright, that’s all for now. See ya next time.
