Which Disney Resorts are included in the offer?

The top-tier savings apply to Disney's most iconic properties — think the Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, BoardWalk Inn, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, and several Disney Vacation Club villas. The mid-tier covers resorts like the Polynesian Village, and Coronado Springs. Value resorts — All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, Art of Animation Family Suites, and Pop Century — fall into the 20%-25% off brackets.

PRO TIP: Book sooner rather than later — discounted rooms are limited. Stays must be consecutive nights to qualify for the discount.

A few things worth knowing before you book: rooms are limited and allocated specifically for this offer, and it cannot be combined with other promotions (except the 2026 Kids Dining Plan offer). Proof of Florida residency is required at check-in, and park admission is sold separately. Some room types — including 3-bedroom villas, certain suites, and Polynesian bungalows — are excluded from the deal.

One more thing. Don’t get this deal confused with the very similar Florida Resident 35% Off Rooms offer announced earlier. Theres some key differences. The most obvious one being the Florida Resident requirement. The offers listed on this page apply to anyone no matter your state of residence.
