Fall officially landed at Disney Springs on August 11, and the season is sticking around through November 9. For anyone with a Walt Disney World trip booked before Veterans Day, that means one thing. You're getting the seasonal version of Disney Springs whether you planned for it or not, so it's worth knowing what actually changed this year beyond the standard pumpkin refresh.

New Entertainment Around Town Center
Disney Springs added several new street performers for the 2026 season. Farmhand Drummers, Pumpkin Stilt Walkers, and Harvest Skaters are all working the crowd, joined by a Roaming Pumpkin DJ that's exactly what it sounds like. There's also a seasonal PhotoPass Studio set up for anyone who wants a fall backdrop without competing for space at EPCOT's festival photo spots.
Once October arrives, expect the entertainment lineup to shift into a spookier mode. The performers get "zombified" versions of their acts for the back half of the Halloween season, which tends to be a fun surprise for guests who visited earlier in the fall and come back in October.

Halloween Merchandise Collections
This year's merchandise lineup is deep. New collections include a Mickey Mouse and Family Halloween line, a Pastel Ghost Collection, a Haunted Mansion Collection (a safe bet every year), a Nightmare Before Christmas line, and a more niche Disney Cats and Dogs Halloween Collection. A Fall Trend Collection is also said to be arriving soon on DisneyStyle for guests who want something less character forward.

Where to Eat This Fall at Disney Springs
The food and drink lineup is where the 2026 season gets serious. Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar rolled out an ambitious new fall menu with several original cocktails and dishes (enough that it earned its own full write up on this blog). Amorette's Patisserie added a Hocus Pocus inspired éclair, and The Ganachery introduced limited time fall chocolates and treats. World of Disney is also part of the seasonal merchandise rotation for anyone doing a one stop shopping trip.

Decor is up throughout Town Center, and this year's rollout leans heavier on new merchandise and new menu items than in past seasons. Guests who want the full Halloween experience, including the zombie performer versions, should plan an October visit specifically, since the entertainment tone shifts noticeably once the calendar turns.
