The Disney Believe is officially open for business. Well, almost. Booking starts Monday, October 12 for the most loyal Disney cruisers, and everyone else gets their turn on Monday, October 19.
Disney Believe Sets Sail December 2027 | Disney Cruise Line
The Disney Believe Maiden Voyage sets sail December 18, 2027 from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on a five-night sailing to The Bahamas with stops at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay.
Disney Believe continues 4- and 5-night itineraries to the Bahamas and the Caribbean after the Maiden Voyage. First sailings on a new Disney ship tend to go fast, so here's everything you need to have ready before your window opens.

How Much Does It Cost to Believe?
The lowest published fare on the 5-night Maiden Voyage for two guests starts at $6,444.00 for an Inside Stateroom. There’s relatively few inside rooms so I do expect these to be among the first sell out.
An Oceanview Stateroom starts $6,764 for two.
Verandah Staterooms start at $7,134.
Meanwhile, Concierge Staterooms and Suites, which come with the upgraded service, amenities, and access to an “Alice in Wonderland” themed lounge, start at $17,074.

I wasn’t even joking in my latest IG Reel that the price for a family of five (2 Adults, 3 Kids) sailing on the Believe Maiden Voyage in a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah will run upwards of $13,000. All for the privilege and braging rights of being first to sail Disney Believe.

If you’re thinking, HOLY SMOKES! You’re not alone. The premium on this first round of Disney Believe inaugural sailings is two fold. First, the Maiden Voyage is always attached to a higher price point. Being first onboard will cost you! That premium is compounded by the holiday season.
The Maiden Voyage is just before Christmas while the second sailing will be at sea on the holiday. Families looking to travel on Disney Cruise Line’s newest offering over the holiday when kids are out of school know all too well pain of inflated vacation pricing. Combined, we’re looking at Disney Believe pricing that is well above where it will likely settle in the early 2028 and beyond.

Deposit Now, Pay the Rest Later
You don't pay the whole fare on booking day.
DEPOSIT: For new bookings, Disney Cruise Line asks for 10% of the base cruise fare to confirm a reservation.
Read carefully though. The terms are a bit different if you’re booking the maiden voyage. Deposits are non-refundable. The sail date can’t be moved either and the primary guest must stay on the reservation.

FINAL PAYMENT: For sailings of five nights or fewer, which covers every Disney Believe sailing announced so far, final payment is due 90 days before departure. For the maiden voyage, that lands in mid-September 2027. This gives you approximately 11 months to make payments. Not a bad deal.

1. KNOW YOUR BOOKING DATE: You probably already know your Castaway Club status. If you need a reminder, simply log-in to the DCL website (Good News, you already have an account) to find it.
2. LOG IN EARLY: Disney IT, amiright? Make sure youre signed in to the DisneyCruiseLine.com a few minutes before your window opens so you're not stuck on a password reset at 7:59am!
3. FIRST CHOICE + BACK-UP: You have your ideal sail date and room category in mind. But do you have a back up? Pick a back up sailing date, stateroom category just in case.
We don’t anticipate sale out on day one but you never know. Best to be prepared.
4. PAYMENT INFO READY: Dust off which credit card you're using before the page asks. Don’t get caught struggling to find the card you sock drawered before the page times out.
5. HAND IT OFF: A travel advisor can book for you during your Castaway Club window. Think about it… you could be fast asleep while someone else does the dirty work at 5am PT.
